BridgeMinder is an AI operations layer for superyachts. It turns owner requests, crew reports, and department chaos into coordinated action — across Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS, voice, or the bridge console.
Vague requests at odd hours. Dinner for 12 becomes dinner for 8 with two vegetarians and a shellfish allergy. Every detail lives in someone’s head until it doesn’t.
Interior doesn’t know deck moved the tender. Engineering doesn’t know the guests changed the departure time. WhatsApp groups are the “system” — and messages get buried.
Safety inspections, flag-state regs, crew rest hours, port documentation — tracked in spreadsheets, notebooks, and good intentions until the surveyor shows up.
The owner texts, calls, or sends a voice note. BridgeMinder interprets the request, extracts the details (who, what, when, dietary needs, headcount), and routes it to the captain for review.
The captain sees the interpreted request on the bridge console, adjusts if needed, and approves. Tasks are created and pushed to the right department instantly — interior, deck, galley, engineering.
Crew use Telegram, WhatsApp, or SMS to report issues, complete tasks, or flag problems. “Oil stain on aft deck” becomes a prioritized task assigned to the right person in seconds.
Maintenance schedules, inventory levels, safety inspections, guest preferences — all in one system. When the owner comes back next season, you already know how they take their coffee.
Telegram, WhatsApp, SMS, voice calls, or the web console. Crew and owners use whatever they already use. No new apps to install.
Not a generic chatbot. BridgeMinder knows the difference between a “tender run” and a “provision run,” and routes each to the right department.
Interior, deck, engineering, galley — each department gets its own operational view with tasks, inventory, maintenance schedules, and real-time status.
Allergies, preferences, pillow types, wake-up times, favourite drinks. Captured once, remembered forever. Turnover-proof crew knowledge.
Automated maintenance scheduling, safety equipment tracking, inspection logging, and flag-state compliance checklists that actually get done.
Deploys on a Raspberry Pi, a mini PC, or a rack server. Works offline at sea, syncs when connected. Your data stays on your vessel.
BridgeMinder is being built by an active yacht captain who got tired of managing a 50-metre operation with WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets. Every feature exists because it solves a real problem that happens on board every day.
Currently in development. Early access coming soon.
We’re looking for captains and yacht managers who want to help shape what this becomes. If you’re running a program and want early access, get in touch.
Or find us on GitHub — the core is open source.
